For Drawing Now, Backslash brings together works by France Bizot, Frédérique Lucien, and Pierre Ardouvin. Each explores form, memory, and perception in their own way: Bizot develops a sensitive approach to drawing, built from gestures and traces that reveal intimate fragments; Lucien creates a visual vocabulary inspired by the vegetal and mineral worlds, where precision meets abstraction; Ardouvin introduces a collective dimension, drawing on popular visual culture and shared memory.

Designed as a space of circulation, the booth encourages dialogue between fragments, motifs, and narratives, revealing drawing’s ability to articulate the infinitesimal and the collective. Together, the works form a composition where intimacy, living forms, and memory interlace.

Pour Drawing Now, Backslash réunit les œuvres de France Bizot, Frédérique Lucien et Pierre Ardouvin. Chacun explore à sa manière la forme, la mémoire et la perception : Bizot déploie un dessin sensible, fait de gestes et de traces dévoilant des fragments intimes ; Lucien développe un vocabulaire inspiré du végétal et du minéral, où la précision côtoie l’abstraction ; Ardouvin introduit quant à lui le récit collectif, nourri de culture visuelle populaire et de mémoire commune.

Pensé comme un espace de circulation, le stand fait dialoguer fragments, motifs et récits, révélant la capacité du dessin à articuler l’infime et le collectif. Ensemble, les œuvres composent une partition où l’intime, le vivant et la mémoire se tissent.
